Beyond being able to create wonderful hairstyles, Suzanah was insightful into understanding her customers (myself the bride, and the ladies of my family!) who each were looking for entirely different designs. Suzanah was extremely efficient (always arriving early and finishing on time, returning emails as soon as sent, and bringing extra hair jewellery on the day for last minute additions!) and providing guidance and advice above and beyond.
