Booking Policy
*Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all bookings.
*Quotes: Prices provided are valid for 2 weeks only. To secure a quoted price, a deposit must be paid as prices are subject to change.
*Trials: We recommend a trial for all brides. Trials are optional for rest of the bridal party and are at a discounted rate, but not on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday mornings, which are reserved for bridal and group bookings. Trials can scheduled in the afternoons on these days or any time Monday to Thursday.
*Minimum Booking: A minimum of 4 people is required for bookings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings. Individual bookings are accepted from 2 PM onwards on these days unless specified otherwise by the.
*Travel Charges: Travel fees apply per kilometer starting from Quakers Hill and will be included in the quote.
*Early Start Fee: An early start fee will apply for bookings requiring Suzanah to leave Quakers Hill before 4:30 AM.
*Destination Weddings: For locations more than 1.5 to 2 hours from Quakers Hill, overnight accommodation may be necessary based on the start time and location. Interstate and international weddings incur flight and accommodation costs, which be provided once the location is confirmed.
*Final Payment: The final payment must be made in cash on the day or via bank at least 1 week prior to the event. Please indicate your preferred payment method. Cheques are not accepted, and credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge to cover transaction fees.
*Parking: For bookings within the CBD or areas with limited parking, you must arrange parking for the stylist or cover the fees of the nearest parking facility. Note that some CBD parking centers may charge high fees beyond our control.
*2nd Hairstylist Fee: If an assistant is needed to ensure timely completion for your photographer or if you prefer a later start, an additional fee of $175-$250 will be added to your final invoice.
*Public Holidays: Bookings on public holidays or their associated weekends incur a 10% surcharge. Bookings are not available for Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
Cancellations, Postponements and Amendment's
* Cancellations: Any cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your 50%
* Postponements: If you choose to book an alternate date within 6 months of the original date, your original deposit will be forfeited and will be required to pay another deposit.
* Booking amendment's: Any changes to booking (ie. you need to be ready at an earlier time) MUST be made 4 weeks prior to your event day
By accepting the quote and making payment i.e a deposit, the customer agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above and has read the FAQ found at www.stylewithatwist.com.au/faq.
Wedding day
* All clients, who have flu like symptoms, including cough, fever and sore throat, or have recently tested positive to COVID we ask that you wear a mask around the stylist.
Trial
* If you are sick or in the case of a POSITIVE COVID result, we please ask that you reschedule your booking.
* Due to the small space of my studio, we allow a maximum of 2 others to attend your Trial.
*If for some reason you are unhappy with your hair please advise Suzanah before she leaves your location on the day so that she can amend your hairstyle as she will not accept liability for your style once she leaves.
